About The Position

As the Data Analysis and Insights Chapter, we support the Data Domain by blending expertise in business intelligence and advanced analytics with a passion for delivering results. In an agile structure, we partner with squads and business partners to deliver data insights and ensure respective products or services are designed to the optimal standard. We ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. We collaborate as squad members and work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. We are committed to developing our own expertise and knowledge to ensure we bring the latest thinking to our roles. The Senior Manager, Adv Data Analysis and Insights acts as a domain expert who develops targeted research and insights required to support business decision making using advanced analytics and quantitative methods. This role leads complex projects with a functional divisional impact, demonstrates strategic thinking, tactical planning, and has strong understanding of advanced analytics and python skills. This role serves as key business communicator with senior leaders, sponsors, and peers, collaborating with them to create key findings for sophisticated business problems. The Senior Manager is an individual contributor and does not directly oversee staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent Degree with 6+ years of experience working with data insight solutioning.
• Proficient in solving business problems using Business Statistics and Quantitative methods.
• Proven experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets.
• Expertise with data workflow tools and understanding of data and database concepts.
• Expertise with writing and decoding SQL and Python scripts.
• Proficient with BI and analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.

Nice To Haves

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Agile experience.
• Presentation experience to Executive and Senior Leadership.
• Financial services experience.
