We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Dairy Sanitation program. This role involves managing a team, implementing hygiene technologies, and supporting milk quality across dairy operations. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for improving dairy standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5 plus years related experience and/or training in the dairy industry.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of the dairy industry including parlors, sanitation, sales, and marketing.
• Understanding of pulsation, milk sensors, and other parlor electronic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Position requires 15-35% travel.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Milk Quality Program focusing on Pro Control Parlor, sanitation program, water treatment, and Micro’s proprietary technologies.
• Oversee the Dairy Sanitation Quality Assurance team to onboard and maintain customer relationships.
• Hire, train, and ensure team members follow company guidelines and policies.
• Assist in evaluating new profitable Udder Health and C/S products for dairies.
• Provide consultants with information regarding the Micro Milk Quality management program.
• Collaborate with sanitation specialists to set up washes through Dairy Chemical Mixer and Pro Control Parlor.
• Support the implementation and performance of the Milk Quality program.
• Interact with leadership, sales, and operation teams to assist in business growth goals.
• Present technical information to increase company knowledge of opportunities in dairies.
• Work with dairy customers to implement new products and investigate uses for existing products.
• Oversee on-site projects to determine the economic value of the MICRO Milk Quality management program.
• Discover new opportunities for the use of Micro’s technologies.
• Capture the needs of dairy customers and assist in implementing Milk Quality management programs.
• Develop and monitor dairy specific KPIs for evaluation and improvement of technologies and programs.
• Responsible for technical sales strategy and support to increase sanitation sales.
• Assist with coordination of installation activities and provide direction to key dairy personnel.
• Coordinate and support training of dairy personnel in the MICRO Milk Quality program.
