About The Position

The Senior Manager, Cyclical Talent Strategies at lululemon is a pivotal role within the Talent Activation team, focusing on the development and implementation of talent activation programs across corporate and field populations. This position involves leading a team to enhance core talent programs, such as promotions processes and succession planning, while also improving access to talent data. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create a long-term talent strategy that aligns with the company's strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, including roles in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management.
  • Experience leading a team, including coaching, development, performance management, and engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously in time-sensitive situations.
  • High level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management and succession planning.
  • HR Project Management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs globally, including conducting needs analysis and reporting on existing programs.
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Activation programs to achieve strategic business initiatives.
  • Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to define a long-term talent strategy, identifying critical jobs and talent gaps.
  • Drive program goals and provide program management support, including defining project plans and managing implementation activities.
  • Support streamlined user experience of key people processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create process improvement mechanisms, including automation of existing processes/tools for standardization.
  • Identify metrics to measure the effectiveness of Talent Activation initiatives and partner with stakeholders to drive results.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, support, and development to a team of Talent Activation professionals.
