About The Position

We have an exciting vision for cybersecurity - one that puts people at the center of cyber. Our cyber resilience SaaS platform is an agile, hands-on solution that helps teams continuously assess, build, and prove cyber capabilities through real-life simulations, rather than one-off training sessions. We help the world’s biggest brands like Citi, Pfizer, Daimler, Humana, and HSBC, protect their revenues and brand reputations. Founded in 2017 from a cargo container in Bristol, UK, Immersive Labs has progressed to the global stage and has secured over $180 million of funding. The Opportunity Immersive is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Cyber Resilience Advisors (CRAs) to lead our growing US-based Cyber Resilience Team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in cybersecurity operations, excellent communication skills, and exceptional leadership abilities. As a subject matter expert in cyber resilience strategy, you will master how crisis simulations, dynamic threat range exercises, and technical labs help customers measure, prove, and improve their team's readiness. In this role, you will drive the evolution of the CRA team by fostering best practices and developing strategic, multi-year human cyber resilience plans for our customers. You will engage during the sales cycle to shape the vision, support the team in scoping and delivering world-class proposals, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Additionally, you will oversee operational delivery—including Crisis Simulation scenarios, Cyber Skills paths, and Leadership/Technical Cyber Drills—while providing critical support to Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners like Customer Success and Alliance Managers.
