As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the Omni Experience. You will be responsible for understanding how our customers shop, which tools aid them in their journey and capabilities they are asking us for. This position will be focused on growing our omni customer base, using data & insights to find new ways to acquire digital Walmart customers. This role will work with many internal and external partners including eCommerce, merchant, product, design, marketing, operations and revenue teams. You will be the voice of our customer, using analytics, market trends, competitor experiences, and customer insights to guide the organization to exciting new places.
