About The Position

The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for deeply engaging and growing the business relationship of existing accounts. This role will be focused on growing CloudMoyo’s Icertis Contract Intelligence Platform services business which includes Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, AI-driven Contract Intelligence, Application Development and Managed Services. Manages opportunities through all phases including prospecting, qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process, discipline, and expertise. The role requires the ability to develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework to enable our clients’ enterprise modernization journey, including adoption of AI-enabled contract lifecycle capabilities such as contract analytics, risk intelligence, and automated authoring. The candidate will be responsible for driving new sales in the US.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms.
  • Must have domain/industry expertise and experience in account management and selling IT services for implementation, AMS, or transformation programs.
  • Must have experience selling eProcurement, ERP/Supply Chain, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Spend Management, or Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
  • Must understand business challenges solved by these platforms for CPO, CLO, CIO, and CFO personas across end-to-end enterprise processes.
  • Strong understanding of how data, integrations, and AI-driven contract intelligence solutions (such as GenAI-based contract review, clause analytics, risk identification, and automated authoring similar to Vera AI) improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment.
  • Experience with C-level client relationship building and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in professional settings.
  • High energy level, decisiveness, and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Be travel ready! About 30% travel per month or on an ad-hoc basis

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth in our Icertis Services portfolio, including AI and GenAI-enabled CLM capabilities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to drive increased revenue in our existing accounts.
  • Responsible for achieving all revenue attainment to quota and commitment-based accountabilities.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition including AI-driven contract intelligence, automation, and analytics-based decision enablement.
  • Be responsible for sales accountability and sales relationships with customers.
  • Develop sales strategy & plans to achieve their targets.
  • Generate and maintain accurate account and opportunity plans.
  • Work with marketing team to generate leads for direct landing.
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically by leveraging CLM, AI automation, and enterprise integration solutions.
  • With customers, be able to navigate complex organizations, identify key decision makers, and interact with senior & mid-management levels.
  • Work with matrixed & global teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery, AI/innovation teams) to develop proposals, campaigns, and sales assets.
  • Nurture client relationships and build long-term trust & value.
