The Senior Manager, Customer Enablement is responsible for leading a team of Application Training and Support Analysts implementing strategies to improve customer adoption and satisfaction. The Senior Manager role oversees various aspects of customer engagement, including building relationships, managing communication, and ensuring the organization meets customer needs and expectations. Will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the organization’s critical enterprise application portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation, integration and ongoing support for core applications that underpin core business functions. A successful candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise and strong leadership skills to support the development and growth of our enterprise applications team.
