Satisfy your appetite for an exciting career at Nestlé Professional.   This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.    Position Summary The Senior Manager, Sales – Core Broker Leadership is responsible for leading the commercial relationship with Core, ensuring they effectively represent our brands, products, and strategic priorities in the marketplace. This role does not include direct people management but requires strong leadership through influence to guide Core’s sales teams toward consistent, high‑quality execution. The position works cross‑functionally with Sales, Commercial Development, Finance, Brand, and Digital to design impactful programs and promotions that drive distribution, velocity, and overall sales growth. The Senior Manager serves as the critical conduit between internal strategy and broker field execution, ensuring alignment, performance accountability, and market impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, broker management, foodservice, or CPG commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for Core, aligning broker execution with business goals.
  • Influence Core’s sales teams by setting expectations, providing direction, and ensuring accountability without direct authority.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews, including performance insights, execution assessments, and improvement plans.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans specific to the broker channel.
  • Partner with Commercial Development, Finance, Brand, and Digital to design programs and promotions that ensure goal attainment.
  • Collaborate with channel leaders to ensure their business strategies and key initiatives are fully integrated into the Core broker strategy, enabling cohesive execution across the commercial ecosystem.
