The Role The Senior Manager, Creators Delivery leads a growing team of Creator Campaign Managers to execute high-impact, youth-safe creator marketing activations. This role oversees end-to-end campaign delivery—from creator sourcing and contracting to content approvals, compliance, and performance optimization—ensuring every activation meets SuperAwesome’s safety and brand standards while delivering first class outcomes for clients. The Senior Manager drives operational excellence, elevates creator relationships, and builds scalable processes that enable flawless execution across multiple markets. They act as a key partner to our strategy and account management teams, translating client objectives into best-in-class creator programmes. This role is both a people leader and execution expert, responsible for coaching the team, improving workflows, and consistently delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or related fields
  • Experienced manager: You’re a cool headed manager, able to manage firmly and with empathy while coaching the team to success
  • Organized and Results-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You work well under pressure, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all materials and proposals
  • Data and product forward: We’re not expecting a scientist but you need to be comfortable looking at and manipulating data to help us make smart recommendations, have solid spreadsheet skills, and be excited about the potential to deploy products and tools to help streamline delivery
  • Client-Facing Expertise: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers. You are a trusted advisor who knows how to identify client needs and deliver the right solutions to those needs
  • Industry Authority: Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including trends, platform nuances, and emerging technologies on platforms such as YouTube, IG, TikTok, Pinterest, SnapChat, etc.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling, clear, and confident presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset, you approach challenges creatively and know how to address client objections or concerns effectively.
  • Global Mindset: Ability to advise clients across diverse markets, with an understanding of regional influencer trends and cultural nuances. Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Gaming and Community Knowledge: On top of influencer marketing knowledge, we would love to find someone who has experience with the gaming landscape (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft etc) and community platforms where gaming creators can engage with their audience such as Discord. Not essential but a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • People management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creator Campaign Managers, setting clear goals, standards, and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Delivery oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of creator-led campaigns, including sourcing, outreach, contracting, content approvals, compliance reviews, and final reporting.
  • Resource planning: Manage team resourcing, forecasting, and workflow planning to maintain balanced workloads and operational excellence.
  • Margin management: Take responsibility for delivery of financial targets across campaigns, working with campaign managers to ensure activations are delivered profitably.
  • Brand assurance: Uphold SuperAwesome’s youth-safety, privacy, and brand-suitability requirements across all creator activations, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Process design: Build and optimize delivery processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-market consistency. Work closely with the SuperAwesome product team to oversee the rollout of new product tools.
  • Internal co-ordination: Partner closely with our account management, partnership and strategy teams to ensure creator delivery functions effectively as part of SuperAwesome’s wider offer.
  • Escalation and risk management: Monitor performance trends, quality indicators, and delivery risks, proactively addressing challenges and escalating potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Hands on delivery: At busy times, you’re not afraid to jump in and take personal responsibility for delivering some parts of activations in support of the campaign management team
  • Pre-sale alignment: Collaborate closely with the strategy and pre-sales teams to review media plans and creative concepts for creator campaigns, ensuring proposals are operationally sound and executable by the delivery team.
  • Pitch support: Work with strategy and pre-sales partners to evaluate creator-led ideas during the pitching process, providing delivery insight to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and smooth transition from pitch to execution.
  • Operational feasibility: Serve as the delivery point-of-contact for pre-sale creator concepts, validating campaign structures, timelines and creative approaches to guarantee they can be delivered effectively.
