About The Position
The Senior Manager, Creative Catalyst Pathway, Barrier Unlock will play a pivotal role in bringing to operational life and executing our Creative Catalyst Pathway initiative designed to systematically unlock creative barriers across the organization to drive business performance. In this critical position, the Senior Manager will lead special working groups and task forces to identify root cause issues that constrain creative teams from maximizing impact. Conducting rigorous root cause analyses, they will pinpoint procedural, guideline and other bottlenecks that limit creative groups and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Medical and more to uncover and understand creative barriers. Driving solutions will be another key aspect of this role. The Senior Manager will lead high-priority projects and assemble the right experts to facilitate discussions and build alignment on recommendations to resolve systemic creative issues. They will work closely with agency partners to collaborate on evolving guidelines and processes to enable breakthrough work. Contributing creative operations expertise, they will help scale centralized approaches, equip marketing teams, accelerate workflows and reduce friction points. Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Catalyst Pathway, Tools and Standards in the Chief Marketing Office, the Senior Manager will be instrumental in executing the operationalization of this initiative to unlock organization-wide creative barriers and drive business results.
