The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Management_Executive 608 Pay Range: $101,000.00 - $181,800.00 Job Description The Senior Manager for Craft Consulting will oversee the team responsible for delivering consulting and professional services to external organizations that are designing, implementing, or expanding work-based learning and apprenticeship programs. The position includes developing and executing a strategic engagement plan to support programs across diverse industries, determining pricing and tiered scopes of work, building the operational infrastructure needed to support service delivery, and managing the team that executes the services. This is a key leadership role within Craft Education’s customer success team. It is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about using their business acumen to create accessible economic opportunities for individuals and their communities.
