GEICO is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Underwriting to join our team. This individual will be a driven and dynamic leader to manage our Corporate Underwriting, Compliance, and Licensing Operations.
Requirements
- 4-year degree required in business management or related field
- Experience working for the auto insurance industry is strongly preferred
- Previous management experience is required
- Experience in line management, compliance, and/or product management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must be meticulous, organized, and able to influence people and groups outside of his/her control to make significant changes quickly.
- Willing to communicate broadly and escalate as necessary.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately investigate, boil down complex challenges into simple explanations and solutions, and prioritize resources.
