The Corporate Transition Services team, CTS, within Lifetime Engagement is seeking a Sr. Manager responsible for planning, managing and leading corporate action events to successful completion. Associate with have ownership of assigned corporate action events for Fidelity's existing 401k, 403b and pension clients ensuring flawless execution. Also expected to make significant contributions to multiple key initiatives and workstreams prioritized by the cross-company Business Council. The candidate will be part of a team and learn how to effectively lead events from opportunity assessment through rollout and execution. This includes the coordination of high-impact engagement programs across the Fidelity ecosystem designed to deliver excellence in education and planning. With experience, will use your influencing skills and data driven insights to build plan sponsor advocacy enabling more participants to realize the value of Fidelity's full offering.
