Requirements

• Active CPA or JD with active law license
• 5–7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Recent experience in a Top 20 public accounting firm
• Strong ASC 740 Tax Provision experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Able to work hybrid (3 days onsite in Chicago)

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and tax planning projects
• Review complex corporate tax returns and ASC 740 tax provisions
• Lead client engagements and supervise staff
• Support business development and client relationship management
• Research tax issues and provide consulting support
