Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy
About The Position
The Corporate Strategy team at JLL is responsible for identifying and delivering transformative revenue growth opportunities and supporting broader strategy initiatives across current and adjacent markets in commercial real estate. The team collaborates with Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital investment, and executive teams to recommend JLL’s strategic direction to increase shareholder value. This high-impact, high-visibility position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence JLL's most important strategic decisions. As a Corporate Strategy Manager, the individual is expected to be bold, creative, and collaborative, developing and executing strategies that drive growth and influence JLL’s long-term development. The role involves driving projects, solving problems, and developing recommendations through rigorous analysis, and communicating findings with conviction to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate (with strong exposure to corporate strategy)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with leadership in a mature and professional manner
- Strong business judgment and executive presence
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
- Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
- Ability to showcase success in handling ambiguous and dynamic projects with multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools including quantitative analysis and knowledge of strategy frameworks
- Strong financial and business modelling skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy projects across all of JLL’s business lines and functions
- Instill a customer-driven, fact-based, and objective approach to analysis, decision-making, and prioritization
- Create frameworks to tackle complex problems
- Partner with, and advise internal executives and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and action
- Coordinate and manage an enterprise competitive intelligence program to track and analyze activities of core commercial real estate competitors, with regular reporting to senior leadership, to drive strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain a strong network across other JLL units (e.g. research, finance, investor relations, business line strategy units) to drive projects to success
- Manage junior corporate strategy team members (associates, analysts, and interns) and colleagues from other functions to execute strategy projects
