American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Senior Manager will report to the Director, Corporate Card Product – Spend Capacity and play a key role in evolving American Express’s Corporate Card capabilities. This role will shape and drive the positioning and customer experience for spend capacity and underwriting features, ensuring customers have the clarity, transparency, and tools they need to confidently optimize their spending power. How will you make an impact in this role? You will influence how spend capacity and underwriting capabilities are positioned to customers, translate complex risk concepts into intuitive customer experiences, and serve as a key partner to Risk, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your leadership will help ensure our approach is customer-centric, competitively differentiated, and grounded in strong risk discipline—delivering a best-in-class experience while driving sustainable growth.
