About The Position

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Oversee daily security operations, ensuring a safe environment for Team Members and visitors at our corporate headquarters coordinating with the Workplace Services (WPS), Safety and Security (S&S) team, and landlord staff Conduct regular risk audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures; ensure all findings are tracked in FUSION Establish emergency response plans, coordinate Team Member training and drills ensuring preparedness for potential crises Monitor all floors through CCTV and frequent walks of the property Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures according to corporate goals and industry standards Maintain close alignment with Hilton team on latest industry trends, risks to Hilton corporate property and opportunities for improvements across the portfolio Partner with other corporate office site leads Plan and provide executive protection for senior leaders on an as-needed basis, including site advance word, on-site coverage and coordination with local law enforcement How you will collaborate with others: Work with other departments, including Workplace Services, Human Resources and Safety and Security to support security needs and enhance safety measures Interact with various stakeholders including C-Suite level Executives Manage 3rd party security personnel (as needed) What projects you will take ownership of: Develop, review, and edit emergency response plans Prepare and present reports on security operations, incidents and improvements for senior management

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of experience in security management preferably within the hospitality or corporate sector
  • Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of security and safety regulations, best practices and technologies
  • Stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of work experience in corporate offices
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice or a related field
  • Certification in security management (CPP, PSP, OSHA)
  • Military or law enforcement experience
