Service Center CSCS TX ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Proactively plan, write and deliver clear and inspirational content that is related to key engagement initiatives. Deliver executive messages and support executive engagement activities that strengthen the value proposition for employees and align with the enterprise business strategy. • Possess the depth of experience and gravitas needed to provide advice and counsel to leaders on opportunities for internal engagement, ensuring they are amplifying messages that align to both corporate strategy and the enterprise communications strategy. • Ensure proactive, consistent, and timely information to employees through various communications platforms and channels, including emails, town halls, the intranet, and internal social media outlets. • Ensure that leaders remain tuned in and responsive to employee experience and engagement as measured through analytics, anecdotally, and through continuous listening strategies. • Set measurable goals for execution of internal and executive communications strategies and ensure progress is tracked and reported. • Work in lockstep with the Sr Director of internal communications and collaboratively across the entire corporate communications function to deliver holistic internal communications programs. • Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Proven experience confidently interacting with and counseling corporate executives and key internal partners with best in-class employee communication practices, and ensuring messaging is consistent across the organization. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including success managing major projects and enterprise-wide initiatives. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Strong writing, editing and communications skills across multiple media, including speeches, email, video scripts, editorial and social content. • Creative thinker and passionate about building culture. • Organized with attention to detail. • Must possess a learning orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive with ability to be in the “higher helicopter” and anticipate needs of executives. • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution and delivers high quality results on time. • Collaborative in approach and seeks the views and contributions of others in a matrix environment. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to effectively deal with conflicting agendas and fluctuating priorities. • Able to work with minimal supervision to plan and prioritize work. • Available to travel as business needs require. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years corporate communications experience with a focus in employee engagement, corporate and executive communications. 8+ years of management experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
