About The Position

We’re looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, Compensation and Benefits Accounting to fill this role, which is based in our Miami office. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate financial reporting of expenses related to Compensation and Benefits, G&A and A&P as well as cash related transactions. You’ll ensure that there is collaboration with financial teams to guarantee the accurate and timely completion of month-end close activities, including journal entry postings, reconciliations, variance analysis and participation in month-end review meetings. You’ll drive improvement initiatives developing streamlined processes which maximize efficiencies of the teams. Critical to success in this position is the ability to display a high level of problem solving, prioritization, sense of urgency, quick turnaround, adaptability, and the ability to support diverse projects/problems.
