The Senior Manager, Controls and Automation is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all Controls and Automation activities at the Waters Taunton facility. This role primarily supports the implementation of the new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Process Control System (PCS) in the newly-qualified Taunton Precision Chemistry Manufacturing Facility, which produces Waters' stationary phase LC media using specialized chemical processing equipment. The facility is highly automated and operates in a virtually paperless environment, with the MES and PCS being critical components of an integrated manufacturing system aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.
