Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Contracts supporting the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Program within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position focuses on proposal activity and contract execution for both the LTAMDS and Ghosteye product lines. The portfolio includes both Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)-based domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts with the US Army and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) (as defined by the U.S. State Department) contracts with foreign customers. This role will be an integral part of the business teams, supporting strategic solutions, and providing dynamic recommendations for proposal, negotiation, and execution issues. The ideal candidate will have DCS contracting experience with foreign customers. The candidate should be an effective communicator, highly motivated, and well-organized who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
