In this vital role the Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing, Obesity and Related Conditions will lead the development and execution of consumer communications strategy and integrated campaigns for the U.S. obesity portfolio. This role is responsible for building insight-driven, breakthrough creative campaigns that resonate with consumers and differentiate in a crowded and culturally complex space. The individual will serve as the consumer communications lead, partnering cross-functionally to translate brand strategy into compelling, high-impact patient experiences across channels. This leader will operate as a trailblazer within a matrixed organization, pushing boundaries, challenging conventions, and elevating both internal teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class work. Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing experience

Nice To Haves

  • Proven consumer marketing experience, ideally a mix of healthcare and non-regulated industries
  • Strong track record of developing and launching high-performing, innovative campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and full-funnel creative development
