This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and brings strong public company experience to the table. If you’re a proactive leader who can balance technical depth with cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Tax and Technical Accounting teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated prior experience managing and developing direct reports, with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Corporate Accounting and functions such as Tax, Finance, Equity, and Technical Accounting.
  • Drive alignment between teams for the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including those related to equity, tax and specialized topics.
  • Partner with external auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce close timelines.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules for SEC filings.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Initially operate as an individual contributor while building scalable processes and frameworks; in the future, take on direct people management responsibilities as the team expands in alignment with leadership expectations.

Benefits

  • Equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence.
  • Competitive salaries, equity, and benefits designed to support employee well-being and performance.
  • Medical coverage, wellness stipends, and additional perks based on your country of residence.
