The Care Delivery & Quality Compliance team assures adherence to internal policies, controls, and external requirements for clinical practice, quality and safety, service delivery, and business systems associated with health care delivery. Assurance is achieved by providing oversight and expert advice to management activities implemented to meet Federal and State requirements, by assessing the accuracy and completeness of reports, and reviewing controls and monitoring activities to validate integrity and design effectiveness. This position is responsible for managing compliance initiatives for the Care Delivery & Quality Compliance function within the post-acute settings (Home Health, Hospice and Skilled Nursing facilities. Manages and leads day to day assurance activities and guides the work effort and deliverables of direct reports to accomplish established goals. Job Summary: This senior manager level position is primarily responsible for managing company compliance activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders and managing strategic compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include managing compliance reporting efforts, compliance investigation, and activities associated with continued regulatory compliance across one or more business functions. Additional key responsibilities include managing the implementation of compliance efforts through monitoring, interpreting, and designing strategy around regulatory changes. This managing level employee also manages projects or compliance components of larger cross-functional projects including identifying and managing stakeholders.
