The Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence leads and evolves GRS’s competitive intelligence capability, delivering forward looking, decision relevant insights that inform strategy, underwriting priorities, capital allocation, and leadership discussions. This role is part of the GRS Strategy department and plays a central role in supporting senior leadership, underwriting, distribution and actuarial with high impact competitive and strategic market intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong analytical judgment, deep insurance market understanding, and the ability to translate complex competitive signals into clear strategic implications. We seek an individual with the desire to work in a collaborative, high-performance, and high-visibility culture, capable of working cross-functionally throughout the organization. This role requires an understanding of the competitive landscape in the commercial and specialty insurance space, broad strategic thinking, leadership experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with GRS leadership.
