The Senior Manager, Compensation leads a high-performing team to design, govern, and continuously improve enterprise compensation programs that advance business strategy and talent outcomes. This role is the organization’s Workday Compensation owner—responsible for configuration leadership, releases, testing, and end-to-end process optimization—while partnering cross-functionally with HR, HR Technology, Finance, and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, process excellence, and data integrity. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.
