In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive compensation programs, including base salary structures, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and salary surveys. You will also provide expertise and project management in specialized areas such as sales compensation, annual planning, job catalog ownership, and survey administration, while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring competitive, equitable pay practices across the organization.
