About The Position

The position involves managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all compensation programs within Denver Public Schools. The role requires proactive leadership to build consultative and collaborative relationships with leaders and teams on compensation programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will develop solutions and practices that are externally competitive and internally equitable, aligning compensation programs to the Total Rewards strategy and initiatives.
