As the Senior Manager of Corporate Citizenship - Social Impact at ESPN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies that align with ESPN's mission and values. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Citizenship, you will lead a collaborative team and oversee various corporate responsibility functions, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with ESPN's core values and business objectives. In this administrative role, you will act as a chief of staff, guiding day-to-day operations and enhancing decision-making processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing CSR strategies, identifying key areas for community impact, and overseeing the planning and execution of community engagement and philanthropic programs. You will establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders, collaborating with external partners to maximize community impact through joint initiatives. A successful candidate will have a strong background in executing strategic, operational, and cultural agendas, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex issues and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives and reports that highlight the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring that these communications resonate with various audiences, including employees and stakeholders.
