About The Position
Major League Baseball is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to support the execution of media relations and MLB's entertainment initiatives related to promoting MLB players, original MLB programming, entertainment partnerships, and marketing efforts. This role will play a key part in promoting the league's brand, enhancing player visibility, and supporting marquee events such as the All-Star Game. The ideal candidate has a strong background in entertainment publicity, general interest media relations, publicity around the cross-section of sports and culture, and bilingual communications (Spanish fluency preferred). This role offers a unique chance to develop creative opportunities, shape the global narrative of baseball by amplifying player voices, engaging entertainment media, and bringing the game to new audiences.
