The Senior Manager, Communications Partnerships & Operations plays a key role in supporting Walmart's Global Communications organization through thoughtful coordination of agency relationships and operational processes. This role builds on work we started in 2024, and is responsible for developing consistent practices for partner engagement, contract management, and performance alignment—helping ensure our external communications partners are positioned to support evolving business needs with clarity, efficiency, and excellence. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for agency process governance, working across teams to streamline scopes, standardize workflows, and strengthen alignment with internal systems including Procurement, Legal, and Finance. This role also champions the integration of new tools and technologies to enhance how we work with partners at scale. Further, as a member of the Global Communications team, you will support our vision to position Walmart as a force for good and a brand that brings people and communities together to drive positive change.
