In this role, you’ll help elevate our communications and drive engagement across all channels. What you'll do... Develop and refine narrative frameworks that align with enterprise priorities and reputational themes, shaping storylines that connect emotionally and intellectually with target audiences. Translate communications priorities into owned content, from thought leadership and brand journalism pieces to internal storytelling. Provide editorial oversight for high-visibility content—ensuring clarity, tone, and storytelling consistency across platforms. Plan go-to-market strategies for flagship stories and campaigns across owned channel to optimize for reach, discoverability, and engagement. Build and maintain channel playbooks and best practices, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and impact across platforms.

  • Plan go-to-market strategies for flagship stories and campaigns across owned channel to optimize for reach, discoverability, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain channel playbooks and best practices, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and impact across platforms.
  • Narrative Strategy: Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts, including ability to synthesize diverse inputs into coherent and compelling story arcs.
  • Content Writing: Exceptional writing, editing, and message development skills.
  • Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of audience behavior across owned and shared digital ecosystems.
  • AI Proficiency: Able and eager to use company-approved AI tools to increase productivity, output and quality of editorial deliverables.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Comfortable with and capable of working cross-functionally with executives, SMEs, creatives and other communications professionals to deliver a unified creative vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years’ experience in creative or content experience, project management, or a related field OR 5 years’ experience in creative or content experience, project management, or a relevant area.
  • Certification in Multimedia Production Management (MPM)
  • Certified Multimedia Professional (CMP) certification
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing large scale content projects.
