Obagi Cosmeceuticals is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Commercial Strategy Manager to lead strategy and operational delivery for the skincare and injectable portfolio in the US. This role is designed for someone who thrives on structure, prioritization, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. The Commercial Strategy Manager will be instrumental in translating strategy into clear plans, managing complex workstreams, and ensuring flawless execution across the commercial lifecycle. This role partners closely with Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Sales, KOLs, Supply Chain, and Meetings and Congresses to deliver integrated, on-time, and measurable commercial outcomes.

  • In alignment with Global Brand Strategy, execute on the US commercial strategy for the skincare and injectable portfolio, translating strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Own portfolio commercialization planning, serving as the central point of coordination for new launches, reformulations, discontinuations, and lifecycle management across marketing, sales, supply chain, regulatory, and external partners.
  • Conduct ongoing commercial analytics, monitoring sell-in, sell-out, market share, and competitive benchmarks, and convert data into structured insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Partner on pricing and positioning strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape, channel dynamics, and brand architecture to support disciplined, data-backed pricing decisions.
  • Serve as the commercial expert and brand champion for the portfolio, partnering with sales, strategic accounts, marketing, KOLs, and external agencies to align on and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the commercialization of multi-channel campaigns for strategic accounts (digital, social media, email, content, PR, in-store POS, and congresses) to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
  • Establish and track key commercial performance metrics (e.g., ROI, sales uplift, channel contribution) to evaluate initiative effectiveness, optimize resource allocation, and report on business impact.
  • Present commercial plans, performance results, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, agencies, and partners.
  • Forecast planning in collaboration with Supply Chain & Sales Operations for strategic accounts
  • Manage commercial strategy budget: build and advocate a bottoms-up budget proposal to achieve the brand’s objectives.
  • Ensure ongoing monthly tracking of expenses.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Advertising, International Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of relevant industry (beauty/skincare/aesthetics) related marketing experience with a focus on Brand Management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a collaborative mindset
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly, with a passion for creative problem solving.
  • Possess an energetic, driven, positive attitude.
  • MBA preferred.
