About The Position

Reporting to the Head of Commerce, Streaming, you will guide the financial planning, performance analytics, and business storytelling that power our shoppable streaming commerce ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in shaping how we invest in content, scale our commerce strategy, and drive sustained, profitable growth. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for unlocking value through data, leadership, and cross-functional execution—we want you on our team. You will also be a key liaison between Finance, Content, Merchandising, and Marketing—owning Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), CFO-level presentations, and executive financial updates, and leading a high-performing analytics team that supports data-backed decision-making across the business. This position in hybrid at our West Chester, PA office.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial planning, financial modeling, or business strategy in an eCommerce or omnichannel retail environment.
  • Experience developing pricing, promotional, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing high-impact programs at the intersection of content, commerce, and finance.
  • Experience managing a finance or business strategy team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategy, with experience in FP&A and strategic planning for an eCommerce or retail business.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic narratives that influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Strong track record of leading executive-level presentations (MBRs, CFO updates, board decks) and driving strategic alignment across Finance, Content, and Commercial teams.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and financial planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital content monetization, promotional mechanics, and growth modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial modeling and forecasting processes to evaluate the impact of content programming, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Guide content investment decisions and inform strategic growth planning through data-driven revenue simulations.
  • Lead monthly MBRs, leadership presentations, and CFO-level updates.
  • Create compelling narratives that translate performance data into insights for full-funnel KPIs, including content Return on investment, conversion, and margin contribution.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, and Content teams to develop financial strategies that support growth targets, improve assortment, and inform pricing decisions.
  • Ensure plans align with both short-term performance goals and long-term corporate goals.
  • Cultivate a team of analysts, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and analytical excellence.
  • Empower the team to lead commercial impact through reporting innovation and strategic insights.
  • Improve financial reporting processes by enhancing forecasting models, automating data workflows, and evolving visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Guide efficiency in performance tracking and commercial planning.
  • Support content, promotional, and merchandising strategies with data-backed insights.
  • Develop dynamic pricing models and promotional effectiveness frameworks to maximize revenue and customer value.
