Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

This role is all about impact. 💥 You’ll own customer, brand, and product-level P&Ls, lead pricing strategy, and translate volume/price/mix trends into clear business recommendations. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, connecting front-line execution to our financial goals, market dynamics, and long-range plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–10 years in Commercial Finance or FP&A (CPG/manufacturing a plus)
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights
- Experience in pricing, customer margin analysis, and promotional evaluation
- Strong business partnership skills with confidence engaging senior leaders
- Advanced Excel / modeling skills; BI or financial systems experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own full P&Ls and deliver insights across revenue, trade, mix, and margin performance
- Drive pricing strategy for current products and new launches based on cost trends and customer dynamics
- Build financial storytelling through variance and profitability analysis
- Partner with Sales & Marketing on pricing models, promotions, and strategic deal structures
- Support innovation planning, campaign evaluation, and volume/mix modeling
- Align forecasts with Corporate FP&A and contribute to long-range planning
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Category Management, and Sales Ops for forecast consistency
- Create tools, insights, and dashboards that elevate financial fluency across teams
