About The Position

The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics helps shape how Eugia uses data to support its commercial teams and drive the business forward. This leader builds and manages the company’s integrated Commercial Analytics Platform — which will bring together data from across the organization. The role supports the Sales team with clear, actionable insights to manage territories and customer performance, provides Marketing with product and market analytics, and works with Supply Chain to give teams visibility into inventory and product availability. This position also oversees and/or coordinates incentive compensation tracking, marketing analytics databases, and inventory‑related reporting, while leading user training and ongoing platform management. This role is based in East Windsor and reports directly to the President of Eugia.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with commercial data systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, ValueTrak, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing dashboards, data models, and integrated reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with generic injectables commercial operations, including sales processes, contracting, pricing, and inventory dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non‑technical audiences.
  • Effective stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • A proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Confident leading training sessions and supporting users with varying levels of data comfort.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, data integration, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Prior experience building or managing analytics platforms or dashboards is required.

  • Experience in generic injectable products.
  • Experience with incentive compensation tracking and performance analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve a unified Sales Analytics Platform that brings together data from Oracle, iContracts, Salesforce, ValueTrak, Tableau, Power BI, and other internal systems.
  • Create user‑friendly dashboards and tools that help Sales quickly access customer, product, pricing, and performance insights.
  • Pull data from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams into a consistent, easy‑to‑use format.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to monitor incoming inventory, on‑hand inventory, and product availability for customer‑facing teams.
  • Ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and refreshed with accurate data.
  • Deliver analytics that support sales performance tracking, territory planning, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and customer/product insights.
  • Provide analysis at the customer, segment, territory, product, and national levels.
  • Manage marketing analytics databases.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for Sales leadership and field teams.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end process for tracking sales incentive compensation (IC) and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
  • Review IC performance and help ensure plans stay aligned with sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to keep all IC data clear, accurate, and transparent.
  • Train Sales and cross‑functional teams on how to use the Sales Analytics Platform effectively.
  • Help users with different levels of data fluency adopt the platform and make it a go‑to tool for territory and account management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for platform support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
