About The Position

This is a critical role designed to elevate the strategic impact of analytics within ADP's sales organization. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a premier internal consultant and trusted partner to ADP's Sales Leadership. Your mission is to move beyond standard reporting and dashboards to proactively diagnose business challenges, identify opportunities, and lead insight-to-action initiatives that tangibly improve Salesforce effectiveness. You will be the analytical strategist who helps our sales leaders understand performance drivers and make the data-driven decisions that accelerate revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of HCM solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data concepts and tools and experience in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Expert-Level SQL: Hands-on mastery of SQL is non-negotiable.
  • Proficiency in using Tableau for guided analytics and creating compelling, executive-ready stories.
  • Consultative Problem-Solving: Ability to dissect ambiguous business problems and deliver structured, data-driven solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with data from CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or business services industry.
  • Python and advanced analytics preferred.
  • Direct experience in dedicated consultative analytics, sales strategy, or sales effectiveness role within a large-scale sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Embed with senior sales and commercial leaders to understand their most pressing strategic challenges.
  • Lead deep-dive diagnostic projects using advanced SQL to uncover the root causes of performance gaps in ADP's sales processes.
  • Proactively identify and recommend performance-lift strategies.
  • Lead analytical projects focused on key ADP priorities such as Gen AI implementation and measuring the ROI of sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate directly with business partners in Product, Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing to translate analytical findings into concrete action plans.
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations on sales strategy, resource allocation, and investment priorities to VPs and senior leadership.
