About The Position
The Sr Manager Cloud Business Office will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the cloud operating model for all non-technical activities related to cloud management. This includes delivery of robust and efficient FinOps, Service Catalog, Service Delivery and Management as well as product management for Azure, OCI, AWS, GCP and Alibaba. This person will also maintain effective and consistent customer service processes. The Sr Manager will lead a team of 9 direct reports and be part of a vertically integrated team of over 60 employees, including leaders-of-people, and contractors that are distributed across Eaton's footprint. This person will also interface with Eaton operational leaders, vendor partners and information technology product teams across the enterprise.
