Responsibilities

• Oversees the in-stream data flow activities, with accountability for clean database delivery in accordance with the data management plan (DMP) or equivalent.
• Provides input into the design of electronic and external data capture tools, including electronic case report form (eCRF) and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA).
• Manages vendor performance against study-specific service level agreements.
• Leads and performs independent "after action reviews" when an important issue is detected on the master data to identify the impacts, root causes and risk mitigators.
• Supports process improvement and productivity initiatives within the team, including reviewing and signing off on data management team process documentation.
• Orchestrates the creation of the data quality management plan and checks and regularly reviews the data quality dashboard to ensure appropriate actions are being taken by relevant stakeholders.
