About The Position
The Senior Manager of Client Success at InMobi is responsible for leading and nurturing relationships with programmatic demand-side clients, including brands and agencies. This role involves co-owning revenue growth alongside the sales team and ensuring that the Client Success team possesses deep knowledge of client needs and opportunities. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to provide a customer-first perspective and drive impactful client relationships. The Senior Manager will also lead a high-performing team of Client Success Managers across North America, focusing on account strategy, retention, and growth.
