Learn more on dxc.com. Job Profile Summary: The Senior Manager/Client success will serve as the primary representative for DXC at one or more client accounts. This position will initially be dedicated to a recently won, 7 year contract, in Arlington, VA but will likely grow to include other newly won federal work. The ideal person for this position will have a strong background overseeing delivery of complex technical programs involving both application development and infrastructure in DoW, Intel and the federal civilian spaces. Candidates should have a background managing client relationships at senior levels and demonstrate an ability to drive on contract growth. Experience with supporting capture/BD and an understanding of pipeline management is highly desirable. The perfect candidate is a business person, knowledgeable in the federal space and has a strong delivery background. Job description Essential Job Functions:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • 15 years relevant experience
  • Active PMP or PgMP
  • Active SECRET Clearance
  • Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.

Nice To Haves

  • AI/ML Certifications
  • Other relevant technical certifications
  • Experience managing program portfolios

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXC’s various offerings can address them.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.
  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide regular status updates on account performance.
