About The Position
The Senior Manager of Client Service is responsible for all aspects of relationship management and service to RIA and Broker Dealer clients, including successfully onboarding new clients and cultivating, maintaining, and growing Innovayte’s relationships with existing clients. Senior Manager of Client Service is also responsible and accountable for working with Equity Trust, ETC Brokerage, and other Innovayte departments to implement operational support and efficiencies, technology support and deliverables, new product development initiatives, sales support compliance, and accounting support for Innovayte’s product offerings.
