Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in market research, analytics, category management, or equivalent, specifically in Unify.
  • Exceptional analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple functional teams inside and outside Circana to drive results.
  • Agility and speed in learning new software and data sets.
  • Ability to train others in data software and data sets once you are proficient.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant executional implications.
  • Strong communication skills to generate action in others, including verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and processes.
  • Exceptional initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Retail, CPG, or General Merchandise data and decision environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with industry analytics software (e.g. Circana Unify, Power BI, SAS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • BS/BA degree or higher in Analytics, Economics, Marketing Research, Supply Chain, or other data-intense business-related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and manage a queue of internal and client project requests that involve report design, overlapping deadlines, and shifting project scopes.
  • Ensure all requests assigned to you are delivered on-time and accurately.
  • Determine gaps in what Sam's Club and their manufacturer partners are trying to do to execute with excellence and accelerate growth, then help build solutions with MADRID to unlock those opportunities.
  • Persuade all partners to adopt MADRID tools and solutions as part of new and better ways of working.
  • Continually influence and train others on the access to and value of MADRID and Circana resources, especially with Sam's Club member insights.
  • Help own MADRID user ticket resolution for the most challenging tickets that may need cross-functional expertise to assess and resolve.
  • Contribute to overall team project fulfillment - being willing to step in to fill business need.
