The Senior Manager, Claims Management - Quality Assurance at Walmart Claims Services leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across the full claims lifecycle. Set and lead quality assurance strategy across intake, investigation, medical management, RTW, and compliance. Establish QA standards, audit frameworks, and performance metrics to drive consistency and regulatory adherence. Analyze quality trends to identify root causes, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence process, training, and technology enhancements. Proven success designing and scaling QA frameworks for large, complex operations. Strong command of regulatory compliance, audit methodology, and risk controls.
