About The Position

The Senior Manager, Claims Management - Quality Assurance at Walmart Claims Services leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across the full claims lifecycle. You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle. Set and lead quality assurance strategy across intake, investigation, medical management, RTW, and compliance. Establish QA standards, audit frameworks, and performance metrics to drive consistency and regulatory adherence. Analyze quality trends to identify root causes, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence process, training, and technology enhancements.
