About The Position

As a Senior Manager Chief of Staff, you’ll join the Chief of Staff team within Encore focused on delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will be a thought leader to and collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. This work is high-visibility and high-impact. Reporting directly into a Sr. Director Chief of Staff, you will work to drive efficiencies, collaboration, innovation and outsized value across the organization. We are looking for a passionate and seasoned team member who loves diving into ambiguous and challenging problems. You will need to be highly organized and emotionally intelligent to work with our leadership team to drive strategic planning efforts, keep a pulse on team health, morale and engagement, and ensure key business priorities are successfully executed. The ideal candidate can connect the dots between good process and great results, effectively influence others to achieve organizational goals, and facilitate a vocal leadership team toward purposeful outcomes. Candidates should be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, executive presence, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives to assist in driving the strategic agenda
  • High levels of collaboration; has excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Detail-oriented with experience leveraging data to deliver excellent problem solving skills; communicates effectively with business and technical teams, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills; ability to drive to consensus
  • Strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail
  • Initiative, high motivation and ability to self-start, and ability to work autonomously
  • Proven experience in discretion in handling highly sensitive issues
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Chief of Staff, or Process Management
  • At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite

  • 2+ years of analysis or strategy experience
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders across different business functions
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in delivering Horizontal objectives and improvements

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage effective and scalable leadership and organization routines
  • Drive the development and execution of the organization's annual operating plan, ensuring strategic alignment with long-term company goals and accountability for quarterly OKR achievement
  • Ensure readiness of cross-functional materials to be used in larger leadership forums
  • Assist our leaders with integrating new team members
  • Develop relationships within direct and extended team members to be able to act as an informed and helpful sounding board and thought partner.
  • Flex into special projects, providing additional support and thought leadership for top of house priorities
  • Drive engagement and inclusion within the team. Help to ensure the team continues to deliver division leading people scores.
