As a Senior Manager for CDSS GTM Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in leading the rapid growth strategies and go-to-market (GTM) execution for our AI-powered Network Security Cloud Management (SCM) service offering. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses a proven track record in leveraging technical skills, business acumen, and executive presence to drive growth in the SaaS and Network Security Management market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering scaled, technical sales training on our SCM solution, identifying and pursuing high-potential accounts, and collaborating closely with sales teams to effectively pitch and solution our SCM offering. You will lead technical proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate the efficacy of the SCM solution and support sales teams in negotiations and closures of SCM deals each quarter. Your ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Channel will be crucial in driving SCM strategies and sales programs, ensuring predictable pipeline and forecasting through disciplined measurement and reporting. We are looking for someone with extensive cybersecurity experience, particularly in Network Security, and a strong background in developing and executing GTM strategies. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of the Network Security and Cloud Management landscape, including market dynamics and emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be conveying complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with tools such as SalesForce, Tableau, and Google Apps for Work will also be beneficial in this role.
