General DynamicsTeterboro, NJ
209d$100,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

Since 1967, Jet Aviation has been crafting flight in its smoothest form. From one hangar in Basel, Switzerland, to over 4,500 employees, and some 50 locations worldwide. Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Government Services, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing. Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. The artisans of aviation. The craft that brings our customers journey to life. In the hangar, on the ground, and behind the scenes. Enabling global flight, with passion. We're looking for a confident, collaborative leader to join our growing Capital Projects and Facilities team. As a Senior Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the infrastructure of our FBO network—managing the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects across multiple sites, from initial scoping through execution. This role requires travel to our project locations, where you'll act as the central coordination point across design, construction, and operational teams. You'll also serve as an indirect advisor to our local facility managers, helping optimize space utilization and support long-term planning. Our team is small but mighty—and the pace is fast. The right candidate will bring a steady hand, strong project leadership, and a warm, can-do demeanor. We're ready to welcome someone who can jump in with skill, initiative, and kindness to help carry the growing load of exciting development across our U.S. locations. This is a remote-based opportunity. The posted salary will reflect your regional location, with a base range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually and performance-based bonus eligibility up to 20%.

  • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to synthesize facility needs into actionable, cost-effective plans.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently.

  • Provide site-level support across our FBO network, championing consistency, quality, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with local teams to assess facilities, support ongoing maintenance strategies, and propose space planning improvements.
  • Help develop business cases for future growth, prepare RFP responses, and provide construction cost estimates and planning input.
  • Understand, interpret and review plans, schematic drawings, technical reports and construction documents to ensure compliance with specifications and other requirements.
  • Utilize financial report to prepare, monitor and update Capital Improvement project budgets.
  • Represent Jet Aviation with a polished, friendly, and professional presence—whether collaborating with colleagues, vendors, or external stakeholders.
