About The Position

The Senior Manager, Capital Markets will play a key role in supporting the execution of capital markets transactions and the ongoing management of the company’s debt portfolio. This includes bond and equity offerings, revolving credit facilities, and secured loans. Reporting to the Senior Director of Capital Markets, this role partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient transaction execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, corporate finance, or real estate finance
  • Experience with loan closings, lender reporting, loan documentation, and credit analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with strong judgement and ability to work independently
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Yardi preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate due diligence materials for loan closings and lender KYC (Know Your Customer) requests
  • Prepare quarterly lender reporting packages and calculate debt covenant ratios
  • Track lender approval requirements and support approvals for non-conforming events
  • Assist in coordinating construction loan draws with lenders and internal teams
  • Respond to information requests from bankers, loan servicers, JV partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders
  • Update quarterly debt schedules and prepare materials for earnings, board, and investor presentations
  • Maintain internal capital markets trackers and documentation
  • Prepare credit reviews and financial statement analysis for new and existing counterparties
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, Portfolio Management, Construction, Investor Relations, and Operations
