Position Summary The Sr. Manager, CAO & Legal Operations supports the Legal team by creating and managing organizational and operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role oversees key operational areas including process improvement, the legal control environment, contract management, legal billing, and budgeting. This role also oversees key strategic initiatives that help Energizer’s legal and related teams build capacity, manage risk and integrate the use of tools to help us deliver excellence and value to the organization. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills who can drive improvements across systems, tools, and ways of working.
