About The Position

Within our advisory services we offer solutions for business valuations, tax conflicts, disputes, business and family law litigation, business performance, and transactional consulting. We work together as a team, providing results for a wide variety of client industries, including automotive dealerships, manufacturing, construction, real estate, technology, and more. We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Valuations, Forensic, and Litigation Support team. This group is in growth mode—driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a mission to bring clarity and confidence to business owners and executives navigating high-stakes financial decisions. In this role, you’ll work across a diverse slate of engagements, including business enterprise valuations, equity valuations, ASC 805 and ASC 820 analyses, intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations, dispute consulting, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years in valuation, transaction advisory, audit/assurance, forensic accounting, or investigations
  • Public accounting or consulting background
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment

Nice To Haves

  • 7–10 years building and reviewing valuation models (income, market, and asset approaches)
  • Experience in business valuation modeling, forensic investigations, fair value accounting, and litigation support
  • Preferred credentials include CPA, ABV, CFA, ASA, CFF, CFE, MAFF, or CVA

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical and forecasted cash flows, apply transaction multiples, conduct industry and economic research, and prepare supporting valuation adjustments
  • Develop written valuation reports used for management, tax, litigation, and transaction planning
  • Investigate the propriety of financial transactions
  • Perform economic damages calculations, forensic accounting reviews, and other analyses related to client disputes
  • Assist with expert-witness support and prepare reports/schedules for litigation
  • Lead financial analysis, accounting diligence, quality of earnings, carve-out accounting, and working capital/debt assessments
  • Prepare client-ready deliverables such as QoE reports, financial datebooks, and diligence findings
  • Scope engagements, manage day-to-day project workflow, and ensure exceptional quality control
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and deliver meaningful insights
  • Manage billable workload expectations and conduct timely reviews prior to Director/Associate submission
  • Maintain required CPE for licensure and firm standards
